The Dream Team

Gina Daley

Gina specializes in optimizing bodies through a holistic method she developed called ReThryv.  She loves working with moms in every stage of motherhood, and anyone who wants to reclaim their potential.  You know you're getting top of the industry care while working with Gina and her team.

Gina Daley

Gina Daley grew from Montana soil and has grown Portland branches.  After spending 15 years teaching dance professionally, she found a new way to use her love for anatomy and movement and began her second career in corrective movement and fitness training.  She uses a unique holistic approach that considers all facets of life like stress, sleep, hormones, and the relationship to food (the reasons WHY you eat how you do) and how they contribute to reaching or preventing a client from achieving their optimum body.

Her life experience brought her empathy and resilience, and she loves empowering others to find their strength and power through fitness. Certified in PROnatal Fitness, she is passionate about guiding moms and moms to be into healing and strength before, during, and after pregnancy.

Gina lives with her fiery 11 year old daughter in SE Portland, drinks yerba mate everyday, and will dance to just about anything.

Leilani Westover

Leilani is a natural baby whisperer.  She's known to befriend even the most cautious and discerning toddlers, and most likely will become your favorite nanny.  We're honored to have her on our team, caring for your precious ones while you get some me time.

Leilani Westover

Leilani has had a passion for working with children for as long as she can remember. As the oldest cousin and sibling in her family, she was often entrusted with the care of her younger relatives, which sparked her love for nurturing and guiding young minds. Over the years, she has volunteered in daycare centers and completed numerous courses on childcare, gaining valuable insights into child development.

When her daughter was born, Leilani sought a way to balance motherhood with her career, leading her to pursue nannying, a role she has embraced for nearly 8 years. Her journey further expanded when she joined the staff at Micha-el Waldorf School, where she worked for a year, enriching her understanding of holistic education and fostering creativity in children.

In her free time, Leilani enjoys hiking, studying psychology, listening to music, cooking, and cherishing moments with her family.
